Spanning 4,500 sq.m, this high-identity development revives Tskaltubo’s historic medical tourism traditions into a world-class wellness hub. The design preserves the structural authenticity of a unique, non-standard existing building while seamlessly integrating modern eco-luxury functions. To ensure intuitive navigation and distinct character, each floor features its own curated accent color drawn from the building’s historical palette, beautifully woven across custom wall finishes, ceilings, and bespoke furniture textiles.
