Multifunctional Complex at Manavi

The Multifunctional Complex in Manavi represents an ambitious architectural project focused on creating a vibrant new destination while honoring the site’s past. Situated in the picturesque village of Manavi, the project occupies a 6,391 sq.m. plot.

The core design challenge was to integrate a modern hospitality program with the reconstruction and preservation of an existing, old structure. Our architectural approach was centered on creating a strict contrast between the two eras. We achieved this through a clear emphasis on the distinction between the new volumes and the preserved historical facade, ensuring the artistic character of the old building is maintained and ultimately enriched by its contemporary counterpart.

The resulting complex is designed to be a comprehensive leisure and hospitality hub, offering a variety of functions to both local and visiting patrons. 

The facilities include:

• A Hotel with modern accommodations.
• A Large Terrace and Swimming Pool area.
• A dedicated Restaurant and Bar.
• Wellness facilities, including a Sauna.
• Various dedicated Entertainment Spaces.

This project successfully blends the functional needs of a modern complex with a deep respect for architectural history, creating a dynamic space where the contrast between old and new becomes the defining feature of the design.
