Sophie Akhvlediani

She was born in Tbilisi, on April 21, 1981.

In 2006 she graduated from the American University of Dubai (AUD), the faculty of Architecture, Art and Design; Specialty – Interior Design.

Professional Activity:

In 2006, she was rewarded with the first place in the “Hotel Furniture Design” competition by Karim Rashid in the United Arab Emirates;

2005 -2006 – The United Arab Emirates, Dubai – the Company “Best Italian Interior Design” (BIID), co-author of projects.     

2006-2019 – She worked in leading banks of Georgia as an Architect / Interior Designer;  

2013-2020 – Medical Wellness Centre “Bioli” – Interior Designer / Project Manager; 

Since 2019 – Representative of the Italian Design Company D73 in Georgia;

Since 2020 – Teacher of Interior Design Studio of VA[A]DS, the School of Visual Art, Architecture and Design at the Free University.

Since 2020 – Head of Interior Design Workshop of “Studio 9”.
