Poti’s future is being shaped today. Studio 9, together with City Institute, is leading the city’s masterplanning strategy that sets a vision for economic growth, environmental and community development, and the preservation of its heritage—unlocking the city’s full potential. This project strengthens Poti’s strategic role in the Black Sea region and aims to create a sustainable future for one of Georgia’s most important ports—built for generations to come.
