Private House in Kaklebi | Project by Studio 9
Designed on a gently sloped site, this private residence is organized around an inner courtyard with a swimming pool, creating privacy, light, and spatial continuity where panoramic views were not available. All living and private spaces are oriented toward the courtyard, with terraces opening directly from the bedrooms. A central atrium connects the house vertically and visually, allowing natural light to reach all levels. The project is a four-story single-family house with a reinforced concrete structure, natural stone cladding, cement render, and large-format glazing in dark grey aluminum frames. From planning to construction, the focus was on proportion, material clarity, and long-term comfort for everyday family life.
