Tsiskvili Beer Square
About Project
A Dynamic Fusion of Open Space and Raw Textures
This modern 200-capacity beer restaurant blends rich Georgian culinary heritage with contemporary bar culture. The core design intervention transformed the original layout by removing internal walls to create a massive, two-story central atrium flooded with natural light. The interior’s vibrant identity is driven by a wooden ceiling, small-format terracotta-toned tiles, an open kitchen, and a glass-block bar. Adding a unique architectural layer, green industrial construction scaffolding integrated with lush hanging plants and protective canvas ceiling pergolas screen direct sunlight while establishing an organic, highly social, and welcoming community atmosphere.
