Apartment at Rike

Modern Art Deco and the Secret Garden Sanctuary

Overlooking panoramic city and mountain vistas, this premium residential project seamlessly infuses Modern Art Deco structural geometry into a deeply comfortable, classical home environment. The layout is visually anchoring, defined by bold black-and-white striped flooring, intricate mirror compositions, and clean-lined partitions. A signature botanical narrative runs through the design, with relief-textured palm fronds and custom plant panels creating an enchanting “secret garden” feel. The home acts as an acoustic and aesthetic refuge from the busy urban fabric, relying heavily on a sophisticated, tactile interplay of premium marble, solid wood parquet, precious metals, and rich velvet textiles under moody, ambient lighting.
